The Steady Beginnings Birth Doula Package provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum period—helping you feel confident, prepared, and empowered.

What’s Included?

✔ Complimentary In-Person Consultation to ensure we’re the right fit
✔ Unlimited text, phone, and email support once the contract is signed
✔ On-call birth support from two weeks before your due date until baby is born (earlier if needed)
✔ Two prenatal visits to:
• Discuss your birth plan & comfort measures
• Provide evidence-based resources for informed decision-making
✔ Continuous labor support once you’re in active labor, including:
• Relaxation & pain coping techniques (acupressure, aromatherapy, touch therapy, etc.)
• Positioning suggestions for comfort & labor progression
• Emotional & physical reassurance for you and your birth partner
✔ Amateur birth photography, upon request, to capture special moments
✔ Immediate postpartum feeding support, whether breastfeeding or bottle-feeding
✔ One postpartum visit within the first two weeks after birth to celebrate your baby, reflect on your birth, and answer any early postpartum questions
