Our postpartum care classes are designed to support you and your family. Whether you’re expecting your first baby or expanding your family, this space is dedicated to your physical recovery, emotional well-being, relationships, and overall adjustment to life with a newborn.

Strong Start: Preparing for Postpartum Life

Welcoming a new baby is joyful, and itโ€™s also a big adjustment. This class focuses on the real transition to life after birth for parents, beyond diaper changes and baby care. Youโ€™ll gain knowledge, tools, and confidence to navigate physical healing, emotional shifts, and relationship changes during the postpartum period.

This is not a newborn care class. It’s a class for you.

In this class, we’ll explore:

  • What to expect physically after birth for mom, including healing and breast care
  • Nutrition and rest strategies to support recovery and energy
  • Emotional and mental wellness for both parents: mood shifts, identity, and self-compassion
  • Creating space to bond with and love your baby
  • Tools to support communication and connection with your partner
  • Planning ahead for realistic support and self-care

Who Should Attend: Expectant parents (ideally in the 2nd or 3rd trimester) who want a smoother, more supported transition into postpartum life.
