From pregnancy to postpartum, The Complete Birth & Postpartum Doula Package provides comprehensive care, continuous support, and expert guidance every step of the way. This package combines Empowered Birth Journey Doula Care and Empowered Parenthood Postpartum Care, ensuring you feel confident, prepared, and nurtured throughout your transition into parenthood.

What’s Included?

Birth Doula Support

✔ Complimentary in-person consultation to ensure we’re the right fit
✔ Unlimited text, phone, and email support once the contract is signed
✔ On-call birth support starting two weeks before your due date (or earlier if needed)
✔ Two prenatal visits to:
• Create a birth plan and discuss comfort measures
• Provide evidence-based resources to help you make informed choices
✔ Continuous labor support once active labor begins, including:
• Positioning and movement suggestions for comfort and progress
• Relaxation and pain-coping techniques (acupressure, aromatherapy, touch therapy, etc.)
• Emotional and physical reassurance for you and your birth partner
✔ Amateur birth photography, upon request, to capture special moments
✔ Immediate postpartum feeding support, whether breastfeeding or bottle-feeding
✔ One postpartum visit within the first two weeks after birth to reflect on your birth experience and provide early postpartum guidance

Postpartum Doula Support

✔ 15 hours of in-home postpartum care, customized to your needs
✔ Personalized newborn care education, including:
• Feeding guidance & lactation support
• Infant safety & sleep education
• Diapering, soothing techniques, and newborn development insights
✔ Emotional support & postpartum recovery guidance
✔ Assistance with light housekeeping & meal preparation
✔ Sibling & family support to ease the transition
✔ Mental health awareness & resource referrals

Additional Support Available

✔ Extra postpartum doula hours available at $45 per hour for families needing extended care
