Gentle Start Postpartum Care Package – $175
Ease into parenthood with expert guidance and compassionate hands-on support.
Includes:
✔ One prenatal meeting to discuss your preferences and prepare for your transition
✔ One 3-hour in-home visit within the first two weeks after birth
✔ A postpartum doula to ensure your home is set up for a smooth transition
✔ A personalized newborn care overview, covering:
• Feeding basics & options
• Infant safety & safe sleep guidelines
• Diapering & hygiene essentials
• Parental mental health & well-being
Nurtured Beginnings Postpartum Care Package – $1250
Receive personalized in-home support to help your family transition smoothly with confidence and ease.
Includes:
✔ One prenatal meeting to discuss your expectations and preferences
✔ 15 hours of in-home postpartum doula support, customized to your needs. May include:
- Emotional support & newborn care guidance
- Light housekeeping & meal preparation
- Family & sibling support
- Lactation support & feeding education
- Overnight care options
- Mental health awareness & resources
Empowered Parenthood Postpartum Care Package – $1650
All the benefits of the Nurtured Beginnings package, plus enhanced newborn education and breastfeeding guidance to build your parenting confidence.
Includes:
✔ One prenatal meeting to discuss expectations and preferences
✔ 15 hours of in-home postpartum doula support
✔ Comprehensive newborn care education, including:
• Understanding Birth eClass
• Understanding Breastfeeding eClass
✔ Lactation & feeding support—breastfeeding, formula feeding, or a combination
✔ Support with:
• Emotional wellness & postpartum recovery
• Light housekeeping & meal preparation
• Family & sibling care
• Mental health resources
Flexible Support Options
Need more care? The cost of a smaller package can be applied toward an upgrade.
Additional postpartum doula hours are available at $45/hour, based on availability.
