Breastfeeding Classes
Feeding your newborn is a significant aspect of early parenthood. Unlike animals, humans need to learn how to breastfeed, and this process can be challenging, especially right after the baby is born. Attending a breastfeeding class during your last trimester of pregnancy can be immensely beneficial.
Breastfeeding classes are designed to help new and expecting parents understand the fundamentals of breastfeeding, build confidence, and prepare for the challenges of feeding their newborn. This course empowers participants with essential knowledge for a smooth and successful breastfeeding experience. Participants will leave the class feeling more empowered to handle feeding, equipped with practical tips, and better prepared to balance breastfeeding with their day-to-day lives.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Debbie is a certified lactation consultant and postpartum doula with years of experience in helping parents navigate their breastfeeding journey. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and she is passionate about empowering families during this transformative period.
Class Format and Schedule
Class Duration: Typically 2-4 hours.
Schedule: Weeknights, Saturday Mornings, or Self-paced
Format: In-person classes, virtual sessions, and a self-paced e-class from InJoy Education that you can purchase directly from our website.
