Steady Beginnings Birth Doula Package – $1500

Birth is a transformative experience, and having continuous, knowledgeable support can make all the difference. The Steady Beginnings Birth Doula Package provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum period—helping you feel confident, prepared, and empowered.What’s Included:

• Complimentary in-person consultation to ensure we’re the right fit
• Unlimited text, phone, and email support once the contract is signed
  • On-call birth support from two weeks before your due date until baby is born (earlier if needed)
• Two prenatal visits to:
  • Discuss your birth plan & comfort measures
  • Provide evidence-based resources for informed decision-making
• Continuous labor support once you’re in active labor, including:
  • Relaxation & pain coping techniques (acupressure, aromatherapy, touch therapy, etc.)
  • Positioning suggestions for comfort & labor progression
  • Emotional & physical reassurance for you and your birth partner
• Amateur birth photography (upon request) to capture special moments
• Immediate postpartum feeding support, whether breastfeeding or bottle-feeding
• One postpartum visit within the first two weeks after birth to celebrate your baby, reflect on your birth, and answer early postpartum questions

Empowered Birth Journey Doula Package – $1695

For parents who want full-spectrum support, the Empowered Birth & Beyond Package provides comprehensive birth education, expert labor support, and postpartum guidance—giving you the knowledge and confidence to navigate birth and breastfeeding with ease.Includes Everything in the Steady Beginnings Package, PLUS:

• Comprehensive online Childbirth Education Course (4–6 hours total, self-paced)
  • Learn about pregnancy milestones, labor stages, comfort techniques, and birth options
  • Covers medical interventions, pain management, and postpartum recovery
  • Complete at your own pace, in multiple sittings, from any device
• Comprehensive online Breastfeeding Course (2–3 hours total, self-paced)
  • Covers latch techniques, feeding positions, and milk supply essentials
  • Learn newborn feeding cues, troubleshooting tips, and how to establish a successful breastfeeding journey
  • Access anytime for convenient, flexible learning

With this package, you’ll receive both in-person support and expert-led online education, giving you the tools, preparation, and guidance for a confident birth and postpartum experience.
